The academic program at the Department of Restaurant Management is based on similar programs in Europe and Turkey, and meets all requirements set by the Kyrgyz Republic. 

Each class has a definite number of credits, which are measured by the European Credit Transfer System. 

In order to complete their Bachelor's degree, students must complete 134 credit hours of mandatory courses, plus no fewer than 30 credit hours of elective courses. This means that over the course of four years, students complete 240 ECTS hours. 

During their studies, students have access to modern technology and equipment, and often attend master classes held by restaurant owners and chefs, and regularly compete in competitions. 

Students that successfully complete their Bachelor's degree can continue their education at graduate programs in Hospitality Management and Tourism.
